Earlier this year Spiros Halaris created a fantastic fashion series entitled 'Boys of the Future' inspired by runway photographs and re-illustrated in a 'trendbook' style. 'Neighbourhoods of the World' came later and depicted everyday...

...people Spiros felt captured the vibe, or attitude of 8 capital cities across the world. Spiros describes his muses for NotW as "not necessarily fashionistas or fashion followers." and goes on to say "they are just expressing themselves through their sense of style and the way they carry themselves." Yet he transforms them into fashionistas in a brush-stroke! His intuitive and oh-so-cool illustrations have rightly awarded him great acclaim. They have also caught the eye of Lebanese fashion designer Ziad Ghanem with whom Spiros collaborated on his LFW AW10 collection earlier this year. 2 weeks ago Spiros signed with Pickled ink, much to our excited delight! As of this Friday his illustrations will feature in THE BELIEVERS - Sustainable Future Fashion, an exhibition at La Fortuna Studio, Brussels which sees collaboration with international fashion designers, artists and other industry players to the future of fashion, luxury and craftsmanship. We don't know about you but we think this one boy's future is going to be bright!
